Nan Haverty, founder, began selling real estate in Buckhead, one of the most prestigious neighborhoods of Atlanta, Georgia, in a down economy, but did not let that discourage her. It did not take long for Haverty to make a mark in the industry as a quick closer, skilled negotiator, and a true marketing expert for luxury homes.
As time went on and Haverty’s client base and listing inventory began to expand, she saw the need to form a consulting group to allow her clients to always have someone available to them. Residential real estate is not a 9-5 business; it is 24 hours a day, weekends, holidays, 365 days a year. Haverty has brought contracts to clients on Christmas Day and Easter Sunday: always doing whatever it takes to get a deal done.
